Conditions

The 7-day period begins on the date of purchase, not the date of first use. Refunds are only available for first-time purchases of a service. Renewal or subscription payments are not eligible for refunds. We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected fraud or abuse of the refund policy.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds:

  • If you've used a significant portion of the service during the 7-day period.
  • For custom development work that has already been completed.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom API modules or business analyst services that have been fully delivered and accepted.

Refund Method
